However, if the clients can get to the Internet, the gateway is probably correct.
If they can't see each other, it could be a bad netmask. What IP settings are you using (ip/netmask/gateway?)
I'm not real clear what 'see each other' means. Start with the lower levels first... Can you ping clienta from clientb by IP? Can you ping all three clients from the server by IP? can you ping the server from all of the clients by IP?
If you can ping everyone, then the ip address info (netmask/gateway) are probably all set correctly.
Next step is DNS. Can you ping everyone by their network 'names'?
